Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return request is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice).
- Items such as custom or personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund based on your preference and product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 4-5 business working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
- In such cases, we will arrange for reverse pickup or reimburse the shipping charges upon valid proof.
